Department of Radiation Therapy and Oncology was established in 1952 since inception of Hospital . Department has different radiation treatment facilities like External beam radiation, Brachytherapy with OT, Treatment planning system, Day care ward, Chemotherapy for solid tumors, Palliative care and Oral Morphine facilities. Department regularly organises Cancer awareness and detection programmes.
Post Graduation (MD Radiation oncology) since 2011.
BPMT Radiotherapy (Radiotherapy technicians ) course.
In- house separate division of "Cancer Registry" part of National Cancer Registry Programme.(NRMP)
